- No refund shall be issued in case of visa rejection.
- No refund shall be issued if admission is denied by the university or institution.
- No refund shall be issued for delays caused by embassies, universities, or third-party authorities.

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 to 21 working days through the original payment method. The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
